EDUCATION INTERN

Be a part of the fast paced, exciting world of Bio-Therapeutic skincare. We are adding an Education Intern team member to support our education team. Our education department provides exceptional technology and product education to skincare professionals and students around the world. With online, virtual, and in person education happening every day, we are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, timely, and able to achieve priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining agility and consistency. The position requires fastidious organization skills coupled with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Must be timely, identify and achieve priorities and dynamics, and be extremely agile and consistent. Must enjoy and thrive in a fast moving, high energy, evolving environment. This is an onsite, in person position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Processing online education requests

• Assisting customers via email, phone, or video call, as needed

• Assisting with data organization and entry: Salesforce and Excel

• Professionally answering and making phone calls, as assigned

• Organizing, ordering, packing, shipping and tracking inventory and supplies for events

• Representing Bio-Therapeutic: Maintain professional presence at all times when working with staM, schools, skincare professionals, and individuals. It is expected that the candidate will communicate processes and procedures according to Bio-Therapeutic standards while maintaining a friendly and accessible composure.
